Billboard Magazine has named Rachel Stilwell, founder of Stilwell Law, to its 2021 Top Music Lawyers list.   This is the third year in a row that Rachel has been included on this prestigious roster.

Billboard's 2021 Top Music Lawyers ist honors prominent music attorneys from throughout the U.S.  Stilwell is among only a handful of attorneys from small law firms named to this year's list.

Billboard recognized Stilwell for, among other accomplishments, representing dual music coalitions musicFIRST and Future of Music before the Federal Communications Commission in that agency's review of competition among audio delivery platforms.

Stilwell currently sits on the Board of Governors of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Recording Academy and is active on the chapter's Advocacy Committee.  Stilwell also serves on the Board of Directors of the Future of Music Coalition.

Stilwell received her J.D. in 2005 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she served on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.  She received her B.S. in Philosophy from UCLA.
