Rachel Stilwell recently joined members of the Recording Academy in Las Vegas for GRAMMY "District Advocate" meetings with members of the House of Representatives as well as candidates for the House from both sides of the aisle. Rachel helped lead these educational "District Advocate" events, as part of the Recording Academy's ongoing efforts to promote artists' rights and copyright law reform.
