Music Coalitions: More Deregulation of AM/FM Radio Ownership Would Harm Music Creators, Listeners & Small Broadcasters

On behalf of the musicFIRST Coalition and the Future of Music Coalition, Rachel penned and filed Reply Comments to the Federal Communications Commission, arguing that the FCC should not further deregulate AM/FM radio at local market levels.  Citing salient arguments by independent broadcasters, minority broadcast owners, public interest watchdog groups, and over 1400 individual radio listeners who filed comments to the FCC,  musicFIRST and Future of Music argue that it is crucial to the public interest that the FCC not allow further consolidation of AM/FM radio at local market levels. Read the filing here....
